Tazolin 4.5 g is a broad-spectrum injectable antibiotic combination containing Piperacillin (a ureidopenicillin) and Tazobactam (a β-lactamase inhibitor). This synergistic formulation enhances antibacterial activity against a wide range of Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and anaerobic organisms.

Mechanism of Action
